Return and Complaint Policy:

Our goal is to ensure full satisfaction with your purchase in our store. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the following terms.

If a refund is required for a transaction made by payment card, the refund will be issued to the bank account associated with that card.

The customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the operation of the Store or the conformity of the purchased product with the Sales Agreement. All complaints should be sent to the Seller via email at kontakt@narex.pl.

Return conditions:

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged inner packaging. The packaging must not be opened, and the product must contain the exact same quantity as at the time of purchase (e.g., the same number of capsules or sachets).

Return procedure:

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to zwroty@narex.pl including the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Full name

  3. Address

  4. Phone number

  5. Bank account number for the refund

  6. The returned product and quantity

At the end of the email, please include the statement: I declare that I am familiar with the return conditions specified in the Store Regulations.

Return shipping:

Pack the product according to our guidelines and send it to the following address:

Important! To process the return, the original receipt must be included. Without the original receipt, the return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking to avoid issues with lost parcels.

Refunds:

After receiving the returned product and verifying that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to your specified bank account. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item.

According to the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life

  • Products delivered in sealed packaging that have been opened and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons
